VERSAILLES – The Versailles Board of Zoning Appeals is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Monday, February 12th, 2024, to review two variance request applications.
Both variance applications have been filed by Joshua M. Shimp, 202 W. Wood St., to install a fence on his property.
The first variance request application is to allow for the construction of a six-foot (6’) tall fence seven inches from the west property line of the property where Village Zoning Regulations require a two-foot setback from a property line.
The second variance request application is to allow for the construction of a six-foot (6’) tall fence along the frontage of Pearl St., where Village Zoning regulations stipulate such fence installations shall not exceed thirty-six inches (36”) in height.
The public hearing is scheduled to begin at 6:30 pm in the Versailles Emergency Services Building Conference Room, 320 Baker Road, Versailles, Ohio.
