PREBLE COUNTY – Formal charges have been filed in the death investigation related to the incident at the Petro Truck Stop near the Ohio / Indiana state line.
The suspect in this case, LaDavid Jaron Shaw, age 38, of Jackson, Mississippi, has been formally charged in Eaton Municipal Court with Murder; Tampering with Evidence, a 3rd Degree Felony; and Resisting Arrest, a 2nd Degree Misdemeanor.
Shaw remains in the Preble County Jail pending his initial court appearance.
The victim in this case has been identified as Shanae Robinson, age 36, of Indianapolis, Indiana.
The investigation is ongoing.
