Mary Jean (Stone) Walls, 88 of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday March 14, 2023 at 8:42 AM at her residence. Mary was born May 27, 1934 in Rockford, Illinois, the daughter of the late Robert Stone and Mae Sullivan. Mary was an elementary school teacher and enjoyed going to horse races. Mary is preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Lou Locklin; and her brother, Donny Stone.
Mary is survived by her husband Roger Walls of Greenville whom she married June 14, 1958; her son, Bruce Walls; her grandson, Dalton Walls and her nephew and niece,Mike Locklin, Betsy Locklin.
A graveside service will be held on Monday March 20, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Greenville Cemetery Section 26. The family will receive friends from 1:30 PM until 2:00 PM on Monday at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to EUM Church.
