DARKE COUNTY—Heather Suerdieck, Inside Out Coaching Owner and leadership coach, began the You Matter Movement in spring 2022 by handing out 2,500 You Matter bracelets and cards to Darke County high school students with donations from local businesses.
After the spring distribution’s success, she passed out an additional 1,500 bracelets to all of the eighth and ninth graders in Darke County this Fall.
The bracelets are made with help from Biller’s Stamps and Engraving, of Arcanum, and are available for purchase at four different locations in Darke County. Four Twenty Three in Greenville, Ashes to Beauty in Ansonia, Blue Willow Boutique in Versailles and 4One Apparel in Arcanum.
Fall Darke County distribution sponsors included: Darke DD Akton Club, GNB Banking, Premier Crop Insurance and The Ron Barga Family, Darke County Pregnancy Center, My County Link, Bread of Life, Wayne Healthcare, KTL Performance Mortgages, Ashes to Beauty, 423, Blue Willow Boutique, 4 One Apparel and Inside Out Coaching LLC.
Suerdieck has since branched out into Preble County, where she passed out 1,800 bracelets to students at Eaton High School.
