CPO VIOLATION
On May 18, 2026 – At approximately 2:46 P. M. I responded to 407 East Fourth Street in the City of Greenville in reference to a Civil Protection Order (CPO) violation.
Upon my arrival, I spoke to Jessica Miller, who has an active CPO against her soon-to-be ex-husband, Christopher Miller, that is effective from 03/03/2026 to 03/03/27, reference 3113, 31( F) (3). On page three, section five and six, the CPO states Christopher shall have no contact with Jessica and must stay 500 feet away from her. Jessica advised that at approximately 2:38 P.M. Christopher came to her residence at the listed address. Jessica advised that Christopher was not invited to her residence and stated she was “shocked” when he knocked on the door. Jessica then advised Christopher to leave, and he stated that he just missed her and their son.
Jessica stated that Christopher then asked for water, which she then went inside and grabbed a water bottle and he then entered her residence. Jessica stated that due to her distraught state of mind, she could not remember if she told him to come in. Jessica advised that she give Christopher a bottle of water and told him to leave and Christopher left. Jessica was able to provide video footage of this incident.
Upon seeing the doorbell camera footage, I immediately identified Christopher and observed him standing on the porch, speaking to Jessica.
I attempted to locate Christopher after speaking to Jessica and I was unable to do so. Christopher is to be placed under arrest when located.
I placed a pre-affidavit to arrest as well as the citation, in the Greenville Police Department log if any other officers are able to locate him.
Jessica filled out a written statement as well as a victim rights form. The video footage will be attached to this report. A copy of the CPO will be attached to this report. Christopher has no prior convictions for violation of a CPO.
On the morning of 5/19/2026, Christopher still had not been located. Paperwork was given to city prosecutor Michael Rieman to prepare an arrest warrant for Christopher.
THEFT
May 15, 2026 – At approximately 1444 hours, I responded to 5805 Jaysville St. Johns Road; BSG, in reference to a theft complaint.
Upon my arrival, I made contact with Rebecca and Ed Atchison, both managers at BSG. Ed advised that throughout the week of 05/03/26-05/10/26, three trailers were picked up for transport. Ed advised they do not know the name of the drivers that pick up the trailers, and they just have a sheet with the company information with the trailer they are to take. Ed stated the drivers displayed all proper documentation to take the trailers.
Ed stated trailer #5304 was to be delivered to Royal Oak, MI, with approximately $700,000.00 worth of product, trailer #5009 was to be delivered to Louisville, KY, with approximately $600,000.00 worth of product, and trailer #5305 was to be delivered to Swedesboro, NJ. with approximately $497,000.00 worth of product. Ed stated trailer #5304 had been recovered by Indiana State Patrol near Muncie, IN, report #261SPC008263, with the BSG products still inside. Ed advised BSG does not own any of the trailers, which are owned by Big Freight Transportation.
I attempted to make contact with Big Freight Transportation with no answer. Ed was given a statement form at this time and was advised I would follow up again on Monday, 05/18/26. I made contact with PTL. Wells of Indiana State Patrol. PTL. Wells was not able to provide any information to a possible suspect without a photo of the suspect. PTL. Wells advised he would email his report.
On May 18, 2026, I followed up with BSG. Ed advised he reviewed the video and was unable to get a clear picture or video of the suspects taking the trailers. Ed completed the statement form and a victim rights form and returned them to me. I attempted again to make contact with Big Freight Transportation with no answer.
I attempted to make contact with the Ohio Organized Crime Investigation (OCIC) for assistance with this case. I was unable to speak with anyone at this time; a voicemail was left.
I spoke with Matthew with OCIC. Matthew advised that he could send this report to task forces in the area to attempt to locate the offender.
At this time, I have not been able to make contact with anyone from Big Freight Transportation to get the registrations for the missing trailers. This case will need further follow-up.
May 10, 2026 – At approximately 1412 hours, I was dispatched to 1009 East Main Street, CVS, in reference to a theft not in progress.
Upon my arrival, I made contact with the complainant, Jeffrey Tuma. Jeffrey is the Store Manager at CVS. Jeffrey advised that he observed a white female, wearing a gray jacket and black pants, who appeared to be approximately 5′ 4″, walk into the cosmetics aisle and place several products into the pockets of her jacket before exiting the store, passing all points of sale without paying for the merchandise. Jeffrey stated he believes the products stolen were approximately $200.00.
Jeffrey was given a statement and a victim rights form, which were completed and returned to me. Jeffrey was able to provide a still image of the suspect. I was unable to identify the subject from the picture. The photo provided by CVS will be attached to this report.
The photo of the suspect was given to other officers and placed in the log with the Greenville Police Department to attempt to identify.
WARRANT
May 16, 2026 – At approximately 1933 hours, I arrived at the residence of 800 E Fifth Street, in the city of Greenville, to conduct a warrant check for Christopher Lippincott, who had an active warrant out of our department for failing to appear on the original charges of domestic violence and obstructing official business.
I made contact with Glen Julian at the door and asked him if Harmony Tucker was at the residence and available to speak. Glen advised he would check. A short time later Harmony came to the door to speak with me. I asked Harmony where Christopher Lippincott was and she stated she wasn’t sure. I told Harmony I was aware that she was involved with him and that I had a feeling he was at the house with her. Harmony got quiet. I asked Harmony if I could search inside and she stated she did not own the home. I told Harmony I could go with her to search just her room she was staying in and indicated again I knew she was with him. She again didn’t say anything.
I asked Harmony if he was inside the residence and stated that if he was and she was lying to me I would charge her as well. Harmony then nodded her head yes. I asked Harmony where he was staying at in the house and she pointed up and advised he was in one of the bedrooms upstairs.
Harmony allowed Officer Russell and me inside to follow her to where Christopher was located. Christopher Landis and another female were located upstairs as well. I knocked on their door to advise them of why we were there and to advise them that we were aware and informed that Christopher Lippincott is in the residence and that he has an active warrant out of our department. During that time, Officer Russell located Christopher Lippincott hiding in a bedroom closet in one of the rooms upstairs.
I went to the bedroom, Officer Russell was in and observed Christopher coming out of the closet, his hands were in his front pockets. I ordered Christopher to show me his hands, as he has had past involvements where he has allegedly possessed firearms. Christopher continued to dig in his pockets and ignored my orders to stop. Specifically, Christopher was trying to grab something out of his front right pocket. I ordered Christopher again and grabbed his hand and pulled it out of his pocket. He had a small rainbow container in his hand that he threw down. He stated at that time the container had two rings inside, and immediately stated the pants he had on were not his.
Christopher then began stating out loud, “I’m going to shit my pants,” and began slightly resisting putting his hands behind his back.
Officer Russell and I continued to give verbal commands for Christopher to place his hands behind his back while he continued to state the pants were not his and that he had to go to the bathroom. I placed Christopher in handcuffs which were gap checked and double locked.
Christopher then began reaching into his rear pockets and back waistband. I ordered Christopher again to stop digging in his pants and asked him what he was reaching for and he stated nothing and again that the pants were not his. I grabbed Christopher’s hands out of his back pocket, where he had removed his cell phone. Christopher was placed under arrest for the warrant.
I located a lighter in Christopher’s back pocket. He continued to state that the pants did not belong to him, even though the cell phone, lighter, and small container with rings were all his by admission.
Christopher was transported to the Darke County Jail for the warrant. When the jail staff began to ask Christopher the normal intake questions, including if he had anything on him, such as drugs or weapons.
Christopher once again stated the pants he had on weren’t his, so he wasn’t sure. The Jail staff searched him again in the sally port prior to taking him inside. Located in the front right coin pocket, tucked down in the bottom, Cpl. Class located a small baggie with a crystal-like substance inside that appeared to be Methamphetamine. Christopher stated that when he saw the bag, it was not his and that the pants didn’t belong to him. The back of the cruiser was checked before and after he was transported.
I collected the baggie and transported it back to the police department, where I field-tested it with a NIK test. The results of the test indicated the presence of Methamphetamine in the substance inside the bag. The bag was placed into evidence and will be sent off to the lab for confirmation. Photos of the test kit and results were taken and attached to the report.
Christopher was arrested on the outstanding warrant and was also held on the charge of Possession of Drugs 2925. 11C1 a felony of the fifth degree.
May 16, 2026 – At approximately 1933 hours, I responded to 800 E Fifth Street, in the city of Greenville, in reference to a wanted persons call. Officer Russell, Sgt. Smith and I made contact with the residents, Harmony Tucker and Glen Julian, in an attempt to locate Christopher Lippincott for a warrant out of our department for failing to appear on the original charges of domestic violence and obstructing official business.
While making contact with Harmony Tucker, Harmony admitted to me that Christopher was in the house and told me he was in a bedroom upstairs. Officers followed Harmony upstairs and located Christopher Lippincott hiding in a closet. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Darke County Jail for the warrant.
May 15, 2026 – At approximately 1354 hours, I responded to 305 Miami Circle #8 in reference to a wanted person.
Prior to my arrival, I was informed of a male residing at the listed address, Steven McGuire, who had an active arrest warrant out of Franklin County, Ohio. I made contact with Steven at his residence and he was advised of his active arrest warrant. Due to Steven having medical issues and not being able to walk unassisted, Steven was placed in handcuffs with his hands in the front that were gap checked and double locked. Steven was searched with no contraband found.
Steven was placed in the back of my cruiser, 1946, and transported to the Darke County Jail and incarcerated. The back of my cruiser was checked before and after transport, with nothing located.
