SPRINGFIELD – The Greenville varsity boys golf team defeated the Fairborn Skyhawks 158-205 in MVL action at Rocky Lakes Golf Course.
Carson Good led the Wave with a 38, followed closely by Cole Oswalt and Josh Baker, shooting 39. Drew Beisner shot a 42, and Hayden Knull and Kaiden Hickey shot 44.
“All the boys played great today,” said Greenville coach Brian Stickel. “Carson had a fabulous round today. Josh and Cole played really steady. Drew played through an injury and had a good round. It puts us at 4-3 in the MVL.”
“We have a tough match tomorrow (Tuesday) at Piqua,” Stickel said. “Should be a good match.”
