DARKE COUNTY – Jordan Gary, who was 32 years old and a Greenville resident at the time, was indicted on two counts of Rape (F1), and two counts of Unlawful Sexual Contact with a Minor (F3), he pleaded guilty on February 27, 2025 to the two counts of Unlawful Sexual Contact with a Minor and was sentenced to a total of nine years in prison.
The indictment states that Gary did engage in sexual conduct with a confidential victim and he purposely compelled the confidential victim to submit by force or threat on August 3, 2024. In addition to the two counts of Rape, Gary was also accused of did engage in sexual conduct with Confidential Victim, who was not the spouse of knew that confidential victim was thirteen years of age or older, but less than sixteen years of age, or was reckless in that regard.
Gary is currently serving his time at the Correctional Reception Center (CRC) and will be eligible for release on February 22, 2034, according to the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction website.
