OHIO— A flood watch was issued early Thursday morning at 2:34 a.m. by the National Weather Service. The flood watch is effective from this evening to Saturday afternoon due to flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
The flood watch is for the following counties: Adams, Brown, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Highland, Madison, Miami, Pickaway, Pike, Ross and Scioto.
