DARKE COUNTY—The Darke County Farm Bureau is honored to award this scholarship on behalf of Mrs. Arthur McKee Wisehart in memory of her husband, Arthur McKee Wisehart, who grew up on the two farms located at 5291 New Paris Gettysburg Road.
This one-time scholarship is awarded by his wife, Mrs. Arthur McKee Wisehart, to Luke Brinksneader for Luke’s leadership potential in farming and agronomy.
