DARKE COUNTY – Constitution Week Proclamations were signed by Arcanum Mayor Bonnie Millard and Greenville Mayor Jeff Whitaker.
The proclamations were in honor of the 238th anniversary of the drafting of the Constitution of the United States of America by the Constitutional Convention.
