I graduated from Ansonia High School in 1992. In 1995, I graduated from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mortuary Science. I have been licensed as a funeral director and embalmer in the State of Ohio for almost 30 years, and I also hold an Ohio Insurance License. I have been employed at Zechar Bailey Funeral Homes for over 26 years.
I am a lifelong resident of Darke County. I reside in Versailles with my wife of over 20 years, Nicole (Brown) Lyme. I currently serve on the Versailles Chamber of Commerce Board and Greenlawn Cemetery Board. I am a member of the Versailles Area Pride & Progress Association, Gettysburg Masonic Lodge #477 F & AM, Versailles Eagles, and the Sons of the American Legion in Ansonia. I was the 2018 Versailles Poultry Days Chairman. I volunteer with Wreaths Across America every December.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling with my wife, Nicole. Hunting and fishing whenever I have time. I am an avid fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes.
