As of Sunday evening, the transport reroute has been lifted.
GREENVILLE – Due to an AT&T communications outage impacting Wayne HealthCare, the hospital has implemented a temporary reroute of emergency medical transports to ensure patient safety and continuity of care.
· Emergency transport patients are being redirected to partner facilities at this time.
· Emergency services remain available, and individuals experiencing a medical emergency should continue to call 911
· All other hospital services remain operational, with adjustments in place as needed.
Hospital leadership is actively working with service providers and regional partners to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.
