Versailles FFA hosting Fall Harvest Sale/ Farmers Market

VERSAILLES – On Saturday, September 20th, the Versailles FFA will be hosting a Harvest Fall Sale/Farmers Market from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm at Versailles Schools inside the agriculture education lab, STEM Lab, greenhouse and tents/trailers near the auditorium area. Stands that will be placed at the farmers market/fall harvest sale will include: FFA member Paige Gehret will be selling pumpkins and gourds as part of her Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) project.

FFA Members Eden and Liam Barga will be selling their goat milk soap and ice cream, which is a part of their SAE. Gabe and Patrick McGlinch will be offering 3 to 5 lb whole or split birds, turkey sausage and high omega-3 eggs as part of their SAE. Versailles FFA member Amelia Grillot will be selling a wide assortment of her delicious homemade cupcakes. Dawn Shimp of Shimpy’s Shirts and More will feature sublimation shirts, puzzles, magnets, mousepads, tumblers, koozies, and coasters.

Dawn Hoffman from Against All Odds Boutique will have jewelry and t-shirts available for purchase. Matt, Morgan, and Sophia Aultman of Aultman Farms will also be selling pumpkins and gourds. Janell Weiss will offer fresh floral items, including dahlias, mixed bouquets, eucalyptus bunches, and Indian corn. Linda Kirk of Kirk’s Kreations will have a variety of sublimation products such as tumblers, signs, bags, glass cutting boards, and koozies.

Lester Tobe, representing Creative Crafters, will be selling handcrafted wood toys, puzzles, yard games, oven pullers, reversible trivets, birdhouses and garden décor, wood crates, pocket prayer crosses, reusable household items like non-paper towels and plastic sack savers, bookmarks, crocheted chickens and worry worms, and decorative bows. Micaela Swiger of Mindful Creations will feature keychains, blankets, bookmarks, bracelets, tumblers, car charms, and pens. Megan Keiser with 4one Apparel will have a selection of spirit wear apparel. Tony’s Homemade Jams and Jellies will also be in attendance.

Handmade Creation will display crochet items, Buckeye necklaces, and rubber band bracelets. Anita Tobe will be representing The Pampered Chef, offering a variety of products along with fall catalogs. Josie Wubler will be sharing non-toxic makeup and skincare products from Crunchi. Melva Barga will be selling fleece blankets. Additionally, the Grogean Family will have their local honey available for purchase.

The market and blood drive will begin at 8:30am to 1:00 pm at Versailles Schools 280 Marker Rd Versailles, Ohio 45380 near the Versailles Auditorium.
