VERSAILLES – On Monday, May 11th, members of the Versailles FFA Chapter visited the Versailles Senior Citizen Community Center to participate in the center’s monthly birthday celebration.
This ongoing service initiative provides an opportunity for FFA members to engage with local senior citizens through shared activities and community fellowship. Each month, the celebration includes birthday cake, ice cream, and organized games.
For the May event, residents enjoyed a game of bingo, with FFA members assisting and joining in the fun with many great prizes that were won by all.
This visit marked the final birthday celebration of the school year. FFA members in attendance included Gracie Henry, Gage Brunswick, Joshua Henry, Chey Archey, Jayna Gehret, Frankie Broerman, Cadence Philpot, Averi Ahrns, Elias Moiser, Brooklyn Livingston, Grady Dirksen, Simon Broering, Rhylan Broerman, Greta Broering, Josie Pothast, Garett Braun, and Paige Gehret.
In addition, Versailles FFA donated three trays of vegetables to the residents of the Versailles Senior Citizen Center.
