Versailles and Mississinawa Girls Bowling Teams Advance to District.

Versailles and Mississinawa Valley girls bowling teams advanced to the district tournament via the sectional tournament held in Huber Heights on Tuesday.  Ansonia Haylee Brown qualified as an individual bowler.

Versailles finished as sectional runner-up rolling a 3624, just behind Graham in the top spot.

Emma Billenstein turned in the 2nd best individual performance in sectional rolling a 623.  Danielle Francis had a 582, 6th best and Payton Groff a 542 for a top 10 finish.

Mississinawa Valley earned the last team qualifying spot finishing 12th with a total of 2902 pins.

Krista Miller rolled a 477 and was the high bowler for the Hawks.  Lilly Severance had a 406, Abby Green a 401, Nereida Velasco a 390 and Danika Neargarder a 386.

The Ansonia girls team finished 16th and didn’t qualify to move on to district however, Haylee Brown was the high roller for the Tigers with a 432 and qualified as an individual to bowl at districts.

The district match will be held at Beaver-Vu Lanes in Beavercreek on Wednesday February 22nd.
