October 7, 8:19 pm. Amy L. Swabb was arrested by C.A. Chalfant at S. Clay St. Offense of Contributing to the Unruliness/Delinquency of a Child.
October 8, 6:23 am. Craig A Anders was arrested by T.J. Bragg at W Main St. Offense of Theft.
October 9, 7:29 pm. Burk Obrien-Eichman was arrested by C.A. Chalfant at W Main St. Walmart. Offense of Theft.
October 10, 12:37 am. Anthony C. Collins was arrested by J.M. Lay at Drury Ln. Offense of Unlawful Restraint/Knowingly Restrain a Person’s Liberty.
October 13, 1:07 am. Chad A. North was arrested by M.L. Steffano at Adams St. Troy City Park. Offense of Warrant Service.
JUNK VEHICLE
October 6, 9:29 am. A vehicle parked on Saratoga Dr. with expired plates. The vehicle was stickered for a 72-hour/junk vehicle violation. Contact was made with the owner, and she is aware of the violation.
THEFT NOT IN PROGRESS
October 6, 11:15 pm. A vehicle was taken sometime overnight. Keys were left inside the unlocked vehicle. No suspects at this time. The vehicle was entered into NCIC / LEADS as a stolen vehicle.
October 8, 6:23 am. Troy Police Officers were dispatched to Circle K on West Main Street in regard to a theft complaint. A male suspect was confirmed on camera, identified, and charged with theft.
WARRANT
October 9, 9:56 am. Warrant service on Canal St. Subject located and arrested for warrant and incarcerated at the Miami County Jail.
October 12, 4:19 pm. Ptl. H.W. Bradburn was dispatched to W Main St for a report of someone with an active warrant. An adult female was arrested for her active warrant out of Miami County.
October 13, 1:07 am. A male was arrested on a Warrant at Adams St (Troy City Park). A male was placed under arrest and incarcerated without incident. No additional charges were filed.
October 13, 3:17 am. Officers responded to 112 Drury Lane for a warrant complaint. One adult male was arrested on an active Miami County warrant.
TRAFFIC STOP
October 9, 4:20 pm. Ptl. H.W. Bradburn stopped a vehicle for expired registration. An adult male was given a citation for expired plates.
October 12, 10:04 pm. Ptl. K. Duchak initiated a traffic stop. The driver was issued citations for no OL and driving with an expired registration.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON/VEHICLE/NOISE
October 10, 2;33 am. Ptl. J. Beaty responded to Glasgow Dr regarding property in the roadway. Multiple purses and bags were located. The items were identified to have been stolen from motor vehicles within the area. Several items were returned to owners. The remaining items were places secured at Troy PD.
ACCIDENT WITH NO INJURY
October 12, 3:10 pm. Ptl. H.W. Bradburn was dispatched to the intersection of McKaig Ave and S Elm St for a report of an accident with no injuries. An adult male was given a citation for Failure to Control.
