October 31, 11:54 pm. Nicholas A. Barbee was arrested by T. Iverson at Henley Road. Offense of Criminal Trespass.
November 1, 3:45 am. Javier A. Jackson Sr was arrested by A.L. Gibson at W Market Street. Offense of Driving Under OVI Suspension.
November 3, 1:07 am. Brayden R. Kenton was arrested by J.S. Gates at W Main Street. Offense of Possession of Drugs/Marijuana.
ACCIDENT WITH NO INJURY
October 27, 5:23 pm. Ptl. H.W. Bradburn was dispatched to the intersection of N Elm St and W Water St for a report of a traffic accident. An adult female was given a citation for Failure to Control.
TRAFFIC STOP
October 30, 8:43 pm. Ptl. K. Duchak initiated a traffic stop. The driver was issued citations for driving under suspension and a faulty muffler.
October 31, 4:50 pm. Ptl. K. Duchak initiated a traffic stop. The driver was arrested on an outstanding warrant. The driver was also charged with possession of marijuana.
November 1, 1:26 pm. Sgt. J. Misirian stopped a vehicle for having a defective muffler, and the driver was warned for that offense but cited for no booster seat for the 5-year-old passenger.
November 2, 9:35 pm. Ptl. K. Duchak initiated a traffic stop. The driver was issued a citation for driving under suspension. The registered owner was warned of wrongful entrustment.
November 3, 1:07 am. Ptl. J. Gates made a traffic stop on W. Main St. for a speed violation. The vehicle was searched, and the driver was cited for speed and charged with drug possession.
WARRANT
November 1, 11:52 pm. Ptl. D. Guillozet observed a male outside Meijer with an active warrant. The male was incarcerated on an active warrant.
