November 4, 2:21 am. D.A. Guillozet arrested Timothy F. Hoening at E Franklin St. on the offenses of Possession of Drugs/Marijuana and Having Physical Control of a Vehicle While Under the Influence.
November 4, 7:01 pm. C.A. Chalfant arrested Leah L. Manson at W Main St. on the offense of Disorderly Conduct.
November 8, 9:21 am. L.J. Schlumpf arrested James W. Holley Jr at Nutmeg Sq S on the offenses of Marijuana Drug Paraphernalia Use or Possession and Possession of Marijuana.
November 8, 3:02 pm. N.H. Freisthler arrested Skyler C. Frew at W Main St. on the offense of Theft.
November 15, 8:24 pm. H. Bradburn arrested Richard B. Smith at Peters Avenue and W Market St. on the offenses of Open Liquor Container while operator or passenger of a motor vehicle and Driving While under the Influence of Alcohol and/or drugs.
November 16, 6:05 am. M.S. Mosier arrested Kaylee S. Fulwiler at Adams St. and W Main St on the offense of Hit/Skip Crash.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON/VEHICLE/NOISE
November 4, 2:21 am. Ptl. D. Guillozet observed a male slumped over behind the steering wheel of a vehicle parked on the side of the road. Guillozet made contact with the driver, who appeared to be highly intoxicated. The male driver was arrested for OVI.
TRESPASSING COMPLAINT
November 6, 11:19 am. Ptl. Bragg responded to the 1200 block of Archer Drive for a Trespassing. The complainant, a female with a warrant, was identified, arrested, and transported to the Incarceration Facility.
TRAFFIC STOP
November 7, 5:19 pm. Ptl. K. Duchak initiated a traffic stop. The driver was issued citations for no OL and unlawful license plate display. The registered owner was warned for wrongful entrustment.
November 10, 5:11 pm. Ptl. T. Iverson stopped a vehicle for an expired license plate. The driver was issued a citation.
November 11, 10:11 am. Sgt. J. Misirian cited a driver for having expired registration and driving with a Suspended OH OL on Main St. at Mulberry St.
November 11, 4:01 pm. Ptl. K. Duchak initiated a traffic stop. The driver was issued citations for failure to reinstate and brake lights required.
November 11, 4:42 pm. Ptl. K. Duchak initiated a traffic stop. The driver was issued a citation for driving under suspension. The registered owner was warned for wrongful entrustment.
ACCIDENT WITH NO INJURY
November 11, 6:53 am. Spohn was dispatched to a Traffic Crash (non-injury) on S. Dorset at Windridge Pl. A report was taken, and a citation was issued.
ANIMAL COMPLAINT
November 11, 7:56 am. Officers were dispatched to an Animal complaint on S. Mulberry St. The dog was returned to the owner. One male was charged with Animal Running at Large.
WARRANT
November 12, 1:10 am. Ofc. A. McKown was Dispatched to Oxford St. in reference to a warrant. The subject was located, arrested, and transported to Miami County Jail for the warrant.
ACCIDENT WITH INJURY
November 14, 12:19 pm. Troy units were dispatched to a Traffic Crash with possible injury on the 1300 block of Stonyridge Ave. A citation was issued. A report was taken.
