ASSAULT
March 4, 2025 – Officers were dispatched to two people stabbed with knives at 1165 Stephenson Rd.
CHILD ABUSE
March 2, 2025 – At approximately 1:37 pm, I was dispatched to a child abuse complaint. An information report was completed.
CIVIL DISPUTE
March 5, 2025 – I responded to Cookson Elementary School, located at 921 Mystic Lane, about a civil dispute.
CRIMINAL DAMAGING
March 4, 2025 – I was dispatched to a criminal damaging at 1059 N Market St. – Miami County Recovery Council. A report was taken.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
February 28, 2025 – I was dispatched to 1801 W Main St to investigate a disturbance.
February 28, 2025 – A disorderly complaint at 1600 W. Main St. (Staffmark) resulted in a suspect vehicle being stopped and the driver being issued a citation for a license violation.
HARASSMENT
March 4, 2025 – I was dispatched to a citizen assist phone call. A subject was warned for telecommunications harassment.
LOST/FOUND PROPERTY
March 5, 2025 – I was dispatched to the area of Crescent Dr to speak with an individual about a cell phone he found outside of his apartment.
MENACING
March 4, 2025 – While on patrol, I was dispatched to 701 Stanfield Rd Apt #128 in reference to a menacing complaint. A report was taken.
SEX OFFENSE
March 7, 2025 – I was made aware of a possible sex offense. After an initial investigation, this case is suspended at this time.
SUSPENDED DRIVER
March 4, 2025 – A traffic stop was initiated near the intersection of West Market Street and Fenner Road. The driver was issued citations for driving under suspension and unlawful license plate display. Additionally, the registered owner of the vehicle was warned for wrongful entrustment.
March 5, 2025 – A traffic stop was initiated near the intersection of North Market Street and Troy Urbana Road. The driver was issued a citation for driving under suspension. Additionally, the registered owner of the vehicle was warned for wrongful entrustment.
March 7, 2025 – I stopped a vehicle for expired registration and the registered owner having a suspended driver’s license. An adult male was issued a citation for DUS FRA and Expired Registration.
TRAFFIC CRASH
March 1, 2025 – I was dispatched to investigate a hit-skip accident in the area of W Main and Experiment Farm Rd. The party at fault was no longer of the scene. I checked flock for a white pickup truck, possibly a flatbed.
March 2, 2025 – At 11:46 am, a two-vehicle minor injury accident was reported at the intersection of W. Stanfield Rd and S. Stanfield Rd. A Traffic Crash report was completed and one adult female was issued a citation for the accident.
March 4, 2025 – I was dispatched to an accident non-injury at W Main St. and N Dorset Rd. One driver was cited.
March 5, 2025 – At 2 pm, a two-vehicle injury accident was reported at the intersection of W. Main St. and S. Monroe St. An adult female was issued a citation for the accident and a traffic crash report was completed.
March 5, 2025 – At 3:31 pm, a two-vehicle non-injury accident was reported at the intersection of W. Main St. and NB I-75 Interchange. One adult male was issued a citation for the crash.
March 6, 2025 – At 3:37 pm, a three-vehicle non-injury accident was reported at the intersection of W. Main St. and S. Cedar St. Traffic Crash report completed and one adult female was issued a citation for the accident.
TRAFFIC OFFENSE
March 3, 2025 – Attempted to stop a vehicle for 67 MPH in a 35 MPH zone. The vehicle fled the stop and turned its lights off in an attempt to get away. The pursuit was terminated by Troy Officer and picked up by the Sheriff’s Department, who continued to pursue until the vehicle crashed in Tipp City.
TRESPASSING
March 4, 2025 – I was dispatched to the 900 block of Race Drive in reference to a trespassing complaint. An adult female was issued a summons for criminal trespassing.
WARRANT
February 28, 2025 – A wanted individual was traveling westbound on W Market St. The vehicle was located and the registered owner was arrested for multiple outstanding felony warrants. The subject was incarcerated in the Miami County Jail.
March 1, 2025 – At around 10:14 pm, officers responded to a non-injury traffic accident on W. Main Street at Troy Town Dr. A citation was issued for ACDA and Expired License Plate. A male was also arrested for a warrant out of Miami County.
March 2, 2025 – I responded to 417 Williams St to serve an arrest warrant. An adult male was incarcerated at the Miami County Jail for his active warrant.
March 2, 2025 – At approximately 10:46 am, I was dispatched to a disturbance; a female was arrested on a warrant.
