DISORDERLY CONDUCT
March 18, 2025 – I responded to a disturbance at 1298 S Dorset Rd. A female was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
March 14, 2025 – Officers were dispatched to a disturbance at 925 Frontier Dr. A report was taken.
March 15, 2025 – At 10:54 am, a subject stopped by the police department to discuss a domestic disturbance that occurred the night before. The male was arrested for domestic violence and incarcerated.
March 15, 2025 – At approximately 11:46 am, I was dispatched to a domestic and one female was arrested for domestic violence.
DRUG OFFENSE
March 14, 2025 – At approximately 3:28 pm, I was dispatched to a drug offense complaint and one female was arrested.
HARASSMENT
March 19, 2025 – At approximately 3:55 pm, I was dispatched to a telecommunications harassment complaint and a report was completed.
IDENTITY THEFT
March 14, 2025 – Kevin Brasher came to the station and requested a report for identity theft. Brasher said he was contacted by Citibank and was asked to verify if he opened a charge account for Costco. Brasher told Citibank that he did not open the account.
Citibank closed the account and advised Brasher to complete a police report.
Brasher said that he had a credit monitoring service and a credit freeze had been initiated for all credit reporting agencies. Brasher had also reported the fraud attempt to the FTC.
Brasher requested the incident be documented.
I emailed Brasher a Victim Rights packet.
OVI
March 15, 2025 – At 4:11 pm, officers were dispatched to Applebees on W Main St. in reference to an OVI complaint. After investigation, one adult male was arrested and incarcerated for OVI.
STOLEN VEHICLE
March 14, 2025 – A vehicle was reported stolen from 611 Virginia Ave.
SUSPENDED DRIVER
March 17, 2025 – I observed a vehicle with an expired registration and a suspended driver. A citation was issued.
March 18, 2025 – I initiated a traffic stop on W Staunton Rd for a License Plate Display. I cited the driver for Driving Under Suspension.
March 19, 2025 – At approximately 8:46 a.m. I initiated a Traffic Stop on Crescent Dr near Mckaig Ave and issued the driver a citation for DUS.
TRAFFIC CRASH
March 19, 2025 – At 7:07 am a two-vehicle non-injury accident was reported at the intersection of S. Market St and CSX railroad crossing. One of the vehicles involved was a Troy City School Bus carrying no children. A traffic crash report was completed and one adult male driving a black sedan was issued a citation for the accident.
UNRULY JUVENILE
March 17, 2025 – Officers were dispatched to 1133 Jeep St in reference to a disturbance. A juvenile female was arrested and incarcerated in West Central.
WARRANT
March 17, 2025 – While on patrol I was dispatched to the Montgomery County Jail in reference to a female who had an active warrant out of our county a report was taken.
