DEAD BODY
February 21, 2025 – While on patrol, I was dispatched to 309 E. Franklin St. in reference to a dead body complaint. A report was taken.
DRUG OFFENSE
February 21, 2025 – On this date, I responded to the Speedway on W Main St for a report of an overdose. Charges for Possession of a controlled substance and Drug abuse instruments are pending lab results.
February 24, 2025 – At approximately 4:03 pm, I arrested one male on drug charges.
FRAUD
February 22, 2025 – I was dispatched to the 1200 block of Charleston Court in reference to a fraud. An information report was taken.
February 26, 2025 – I responded to Greenville Federal Bank at 1091 S Dorset Rd. for a report of a counterfeit bill.
HARASSMENT
February 21, 2025 – At approximately 7:45 am, I was contacted by a Troy Schools Guidance Counselor in reference to a student who was having problems with her ex-boyfriend. I spoke to the student, and the ex-boyfriend was warned for telecommunications harassment.
February 23, 2025 – Reporting party wanted his father trespassed from a business in Troy and also warned for telecommunication harassment.
February 26, 2025 – I responded to a report of telecommunication harassment. Both involved parties were warned.
THEFT
February 23, 2025 – Theft in progress. A report was taken and an investigation is pending.
SUSPENDED DRIVER
February 25, 2025 – I stopped a vehicle for a turn signal violation. An adult female was issued a citation for DUS FRA.
TRAFFIC REPORTS
February 21, 2025 – At 1135 hours at Adams Street/Staunton Road, I came in contact with a subject referencing a traffic crash.
February 22, 2025 – Vehicle stopped for expired registration. A male was arrested for OVI.
February 22, 2025 – Officers responded to an accident without injury. One male was cited.
February 23, 2025 – A minor two-car crash happened in the 1400 Block of W Main St and the offending driver was cited.
February 26, 2025 – While on patrol, I was dispatched to the Troy City Schools bus garage 500 N Market St. in reference to a complaint of reckless operation. A report was taken.
February 26, 2025 – I responded to the intersection of E West St and S Mulberry St for a non-injury accident. The at-fault driver was cited for a stop sign violation.
UNRULY JUVENILE
February 26, 2025 – While on patrol, I was dispatched to 18 N Mulberry St. In reference to an unruly juvenile complaint, a report was taken.
WARRANT
February 27, 2025 – A traffic stop was initiated near the intersection of Adams Street and Riverside Drive. The driver was issued a citation for driving under suspension. Additionally, a male passenger was arrested/incarcerated on an outstanding felony warrant.
