ALCOHOL VIOLATION
February 8, 2025 – I responded to a report of a liquor violation that occurred at 322 W Market St (Sunoco). An investigation is ongoing.
CIVIL DISPUTE
February 9, 2025 – Officers were dispatched to 505 Crescent Drive in regards to a domestic violence complaint. One male was charged with domestic.
COUNTERFEITING
February 07, 2025 – At 3:40 pm at 503 E Staunton Road(Shell gas station) I came in contact with a subject reference a fraud in progress call. As a result, a male subject was arrested for counterfeiting, drug possession & drug paraphernalia possession.
DEAD BODY
February 10, 2025 – At approximately 8:13 a.m. I was dispatched to the 500 block of Michigan Ave in reference to an unresponsive individual. Life-saving measures were attempted, but the subject was found to be deceased. An information report was taken.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
February 8, 2025 – While on patrol I was dispatched to Dollar General 817 N. Market St. in reference to a disorderly conduct call and a report was taken.
FALSE IDENTIFICATION
February 10, 2025 – At approximately 2:30 pm, I was contacted by a staff member of the Troy City Schools in reference to a student having a fake identification card with the staff member’s information on the fake identification card. This case is being suspended due to the suspect not wanting to speak to me and no evidence that shows he was in possession of a fake identification card.
SEX OFFENSE
February 5, 2025 – Officers responded to a reported sex offense. One male was charged.
SUSPENDED DRIVER
February 8, 2025 – Vehicle stopped for expired tags and driver found to be under multiple suspensions. Driver cited and vehicle owner warned for wrongful entrustment.
February 8, 2025 – I made a traffic stop on Franklin St near Walnut St. The Driver was cited for DUS (OVI).
February 9, 2025 – Vehicle stopped for having a suspended driver operating it. The driver was issued a traffic citation for DUS.
February 10, 2025 – A moving violation was observed on N Market St. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was issued a citation for a moving violation and driving under suspension.
TRAFFIC CRASH
February 7, 2025 – I responded to a non-injury accident on W. Main St. A traffic citation was issued.
February 10, 2025 – A two-vehicle non-injury accident was reported at the intersection of Nashville Rd/W. Market St. Traffic Crash report completed and one adult male issued a citation for the accident.
February 10, 2025 – A man called in to report a hit-skip in the Kroger parking lot.
February 10, 2025 – An accident with injury occurred and the responsible driver was cited accordingly.
February 13, 2025 – I responded to a non-injury accident on W. Main St. A traffic citation was issued.
WARRANT
February 7, 2025 – I was dispatched to a disturbance call on Hilltop Dr. A subject was arrested on a warrant, and transported to the Miami County Jail.
February 12, 2025 – While on patrol I responded to the Motel 6 room number 235 in reference to a warrant.
