ASSAULT
January 24, 2025 – I responded to a disturbance at Pizza Hut. An adult female was charged with Assault.
BURGLARY
January 27, 2025 – On the above date and time, I was dispatched to speak with speak with an individual, who wanted to report a burglary that had taken place over the weekend. One male was charged with Breaking and entering.
January 29, 2025 – A burglary complaint was dispatched on Atlantic St. A report was taken.
IMPAIRED DRIVER
January 26, 2025 – I attempted to make a traffic stop on a vehicle on Experiment Farms Rd. A pursuit ensued. An adult male was charged with OVI, Refusal after Conviction, Failure to Comply, Open Container, Assault on an Officer, and various traffic offenses.
January 27, 2025 – At approximately 1:29 p.m. Troy Officers were notified of a possible OVI complaint coming into town from Covington. The vehicle was located and the subject was arrested.
MENACING
January 29, 2025 – Troy officers responded to Imperial Ct. on a menacing complaint. A report was taken.
OVERDOSE
January 30, 2025 – I responded to 404 Crescent Dr; 1B for a report of an overdose.
SUSPENDED DRIVER
January 24, 2025 – A traffic stop was initiated near the 1300 block of Archer Drive. The driver was issued a citation for driving under suspension. Additionally, the registered owner of the vehicle was warned for wrongful entrustment.
January 25, 2025 – A traffic stop was initiated near the area of West Market Street/Barnhart Road. The driver was issued a citation for driving under suspension. Additionally, the registered owner of the vehicle was warned for wrongful entrustment.
January 26, 2025 – A traffic stop was initiated near the intersection of South Dorset Road/Arthur Road. The driver was issued citations for driving under suspension and driving with an expired registration.
January 26, 2025 – a traffic stop was initiated near the West Market Street Overpass. The driver was issued a citation for driving in violation of a license restriction. The passenger was arrested/incarcerated on a felony warrant.
January 27, 2025 – A traffic stop was initiated near the intersection of North Market Street/Kirk Lane. The driver was issued a citation for driving under suspension.
January 27, 2025 – At approximately 7:43 a.m. I stopped a vehicle for speeding on E Staunton RD near Skylark DR. The Driver was found to be Suspended and issued a citation.
January 29, 2025 – I initiated a traffic stop on W Main St for one break light. The driver was suspended. A citation was issued.
January 30, 2025 – I initiated a traffic stop for driving under suspension and expired registration. A citation was issued.
January 30, 2025 – A traffic stop was initiated near the West Main Street Overpass. The driver was issued a citation for driving under suspension.
SUSPICIOUS PACKAGE
January 30, 2025 – A suspicious package containing an unknown white substance was delivered to the reporting person’s father’s home. The substance was obtained as evidence an sent to lab to possible identification.
THEFT
January 23, 2025 – I was notified about the theft of a sweatshirt by a student. The sweatshirt was recovered and the juvenile was charged with theft.
January 24, 2025 – A theft report was taken at Dollar General, property was recovered, and a charge was filed.
January 28, 2025 – I responded to the Troy P.D. for a report of a theft that occurred at 503 S Union St. No known suspects at this time.
TRAFFIC CRASH
January 24, 2025 – A two-vehicle crash occurred on S. Market/Terrace Pl, and a driver was cited.
January 25, 2025 – I was dispatched to an accident with no injury at W Main and S Ridge.
January 25, 2025 – Officers were dispatched to a Private Property Accident at Speedway on N. Market St. A report was taken.
January 27, 2025 – At 7:47 hrs a four-vehicle possible injury accident was reported at the intersection of W. Main St. and S. Stanfield Rd. One adult female was checked out by medics but not transported. An adult female was issued a citation for the accident and a traffic crash report was completed.
January 29, 2025 – I was dispatched to a traffic accident with no injury at the intersection of Adams St and Foss Way. A citation was issued.
January 30, 2025 – I responded to a non-injury accident on W. Market St.
TRAFFIC OFFENSE
January 23, 2025 – At 1055 a.m. I was dispatched in reference to a school bus red light complaint that occurred at Towne Park DR near Experiment Farm RD. The driver was identified and issued a citation.
WARRANT
January 27, 2025 – I responded to 1122 Patton St to attempt to locate a female with an active warrant for her arrest. An adult female was incarcerated at the Miami County Incarceration Facility for her active warrant.
January 28, 2025 – At approximately 4:42 p.m. a subject with a warrant was located at McDonald’s and arrested.
