December 1, 3:10 am. G.M. Spahn arrested Christopher C. Morton at W Main St. on the offenses of Possession of Drugs – Marijuana and Use or Possess of Marijuana Drug Paraphernalia.
TRAFFIC STOP
November 22, 7:15 am. Sgt. J. Misirian stopped and cited a driver for expired registration on W Market St. at Jenner Rd.
November 22, 8:42 am. Ptl. Bragg stopped a vehicle for expired registration. A citation was issued.
November 22, 9:10 am. Ptl. Shane Marker stopped a vehicle for running a red light at the intersection of W Main St. and Elm St. The driver was issued a citation.
November 22, 10:14 am. Ptl. Shane Marker stopped a vehicle on Harolds Way for a registration violation. The driver was found to be DUS and issued a citation.
November 22, 10:26 am. Sgt. J. Misirian stopped and cited a driver for having one brake light and an OH OL status of Failure to Reinstate on Main St. near Westbrook Ln.
November 22, 1:52 pm. Ptl. Shane Marker conducted a traffic stop on W Main St. The driver was issued a citation for DUS-OVI, and the passenger was issued a citation for Wrongful Entrustment.
November 23, 8:53 am. Ptl. Shane Marker stopped a vehicle on N Market St. near Robin Hood Ln. The driver was issued a citation for DUS. The owner was issued a citation for Wrongful Entrustment.
November 23, 11:50 am. Ptl. Bragg was dispatched to a Traffic crash with possible injury. Upon arrival, CPR was given to the driver. Emergency Medical Service was dispatched, and the driver was transported to UVMC. The vehicle was towed by Saunders Towing, and upon arrival at UVMC, Bragg was informed the driver was Dead on Arrival.
November 23, 11:16 pm. Troy officers responded to Speedway on W. Market St. on a report of an intoxicated subject getting into his vehicle. Officers located the subject, and he was arrested.
November 26, 8:42 pm. Ptl. K. Duchak initiated a traffic stop. The driver was issued citations for driving under suspension and license plate display. The registered owner was warned of wrongful entrustment.
November 26, 9:33 pm. Ptl. K. Duchak initiated a traffic stop. The driver was issued a citation for driving without a license, and the registered owner was warned for wrongful entrustment.
November 27, 1:12 pm. Ptl. Shane Marker stopped a vehicle in the parking lot of Sunoco on W. Market St. The Driver was issued a citation for DUS.
November 27, 2:14 pm. Sgt. J. Misirian stopped and cited a driver for having an expired registration on W Market St / S Market St.
November 27, 3:43 pm. Ptl. K. Duchak initiated a traffic stop. The driver was issued citations for driving under suspension and brake lights required.
November 28, 11:48 am. Sgt. J. Misirian stopped and cited a driver for having an OH OL status of Failure to Reinstate on Wayne St at Summit Ave.
November 30, 8:20 am. Sgt. J. Misirian stopped and cited a driver for passing another vehicle over double-yellow, “no passing” lines in the area of a school zone on McKaig Ave near Lake St.
November 30, 7:58 pm. Ptl. K. Duchak initiated a traffic stop. The driver was issued citations for driving under suspension and traffic control devices.
December 1, 3:10 am. Ptl. Spohn initiated a traffic stop for expired registration in the Meijer Parking lot, and Marijuana was discovered in the vehicle. Charges were filed, and a report was taken.
WARRANT
November 26, 3:34 pm. An adult male was arrested and incarcerated on a misdemeanor warrant. The male was also cited for driving under suspension, and the registered owner was warned for wrongful entrustment.
ANIMAL COMPLAINT
November 28, 12:38 pm. Officers were dispatched to Sherman Ave. due to Dogs at Large. One female was cited for two counts of Animals Running at Large.
DISTURBANCE/FIGHT
November 30, 2:30 pm. Ptl. Bragg was dispatched to Archer Drive in response to a disturbance. The persons involved were trespassed from the Budget Inn. A warrant was confirmed from our dispatch, and a male was taken into custody.
