KENTON – The girls’ powerlifting team placed 3rd while the boys’ team placed 4th at the regional powerlifting meet at Kenton HS on Saturday, Jan. 25. There were a combined total of 25 boys teams and 20 girls teams represented.
Girls Individual Results: Isabella Bunting, Zoe Ayette and Deja Leonard placed 3rd in their weight classes. Americus Hirsch placed 4th, Elizabeth Jesse and Kaylee Stark placed 6th in their weight classes.
Boys Individual Results: Hayden Crawford, Shaun Crawford and Cameron Kimmel placed 1st in their weight classes. Grant Leonard placed 2nd Charlie Palmer placed 5th in their weight classes.
The next meet will be on Feb. 8 at the Clark Co. Fairgrounds in Springfield.
