Matt Light, former NFL player and co-founder of the Light Foundation, shared his gratitude, “It’s incredible to see how Winter Wonderland at Chenoweth Trails has grown over the past five years. This event perfectly embodies the spirit of the season—community, giving, and making memories. The funds raised will help us continue to offer programs like the Youth Wild Turkey Hunts, the LIGHT Project, and Timber Frame Leadership Camp, just to name a few.”

Brandi Turner, Program and Marketing Manager of the Light Foundation, emphasized the event’s importance, “The success of Winter Wonderland at Chenoweth Trails this year has been overwhelming! We’re deeply grateful for the sponsorships, donations, and volunteers who made this possible. The funds raised will directly impact the lives of young people, helping us expand our programs and reach even more kids with the resources they need to succeed.”

This year’s event featured more lights than ever, along with craft activities, a chance to wave to Santa, and voting for the decorated trees. A nod to Leis Realty for winning this year’s competition, with MM Defense a close second! Each year, the event grows in scale and impact, providing a magical experience while benefiting the Light Foundation’s programs.

Matt Light added, “It’s also a great opportunity to explore Chenoweth Trails, where many of our youth programs take place. It’s inspiring to see so many people experience the space in a new way. We’re proud to share this beautiful facility with our community while supporting our mission.”

Brandi Turner concluded, “Winter Wonderland shows the power of community coming together. The funds raised will provide more opportunities for young people to grow and lead in their own communities. We are deeply grateful for the continued support and look forward to growing this event in the years to come.”
