Teresa A. Lyle, age 65, of Versailles, passed away at 1:37 pm Monday, July 10, 2023, at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.
Teresa was born July 30, 1957, in Troy to the late Robert E. & Jeanne V. (Cain) Wombold. A son, William Richard “Bill” Lyle; grandson, Ryan James Luthman; and a brother, Michael J. Grow, also preceded Teresa in death.
Teresa is survived by her life partner, Dan Monnin of Versailles; daughters & son-in-law, Danielle & Randy Luthman of Versailles and Jill Urban of Berkley, Michigan; grandchildren, Caitlyn & Derek Schmackers, Cole Luthman, Josh Luthman, Jayna Luthman and Owen Urban; siblings, Brian & Julie Wombold of Bradford, Robert & Kristy Wombold of West Milton and Sharon & Mike Mayberry of Piqua; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Teresa retired from the United States Postal Service. She was a member of the Versailles Eagles Ladies Auxiliary and the Covington AmVets.
A private graveside service at St. Valbert Cemetery in Versailles will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to the Versailles Emergency Medical Services in Teresa’s memory.
