Roy E. “Butch” Keiser, 80 of Rossburg, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Monday June 23, 2025. Roy was born on May 21, 1945, to the late Gene and Laura Keiser.
Roy enjoyed being a door greeter at church for many years and was also known as the “fix it” man. He was a hard worker and had mechanical and maintenance knowledge to run heavy equipment as well. His kind of fun was riding his motorcycle or getting into any “challenging” fun he could find. Roy was a generous, kind person who could make anyone smile.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sons, David, Donald, and Darrell, a brother, Bill, a sister-in-law, Marcy, and brother-in-law, Gary Ross.
Roy is survived by his loving wife of 50 years Pearl, three sons, Darrin, Denny, and Bobby, his daughter, Amy; 8 grandchildren and their spouses; and 9 great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Roy’s life will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Pleasant View Missionary Church, 5231 Gettysburg Pitsburg Road, Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Sean Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Abbottsville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Monday, June 30, 2025, at the church.
