EATON – Detectives with the Sheriff’s Office have filed formal charges after a narcotics search warrant was served on September 2, 2026.
Detectives served the search warrant at 2499 U.S. 127 North, Eaton, as part of a narcotics investigation. Investigators located approximately 46 grams of suspected methamphetamine inside the residence, along with drug paraphernalia.
Christopher S. Roach (55) of the above address was arrested and has been charged in Eaton Municipal Court with Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a 2nd Degree Felony; Illegal Use or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a 4th Degree Misdemeanor.
Bond has been set by the court; Roach remains in the Preble County Jail.
