Ralph Edward Bernard, age 83, of Arcanum passed away at 8:29 am Friday, June 26, 2026, at his residence.
Ralph was born May 14, 1943, in Celina to the late Richard W. & Fern O. (Hutchens) Bernard.
Ralph is survived by his wife of 56 years, Barbara (North) Bernard whom he married September 13, 1969; children, Ann & Matthew Westfall of Los Angeles, California, and Ben Bernard & Aimee Slocumb of Dayton; grandchildren, Lisa Westfall and Adrian Slocumb; sisters & brothers-in-law, Mary Kaye & Thomas Benanzer of Troy, Joan & John Brickner of Warsaw, Indiana, and Patricia Mach of Jamestown; brothers, William Bernard of Coldwater, Michigan, and Edward Bernard of Coldwater, Michigan; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Ralph was a parts salesman at Dave Knapp Ford in Greenville.
There will be a private family memorial service held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville.
