Public Hearings on Proposed Rezonings

On Monday, December 4, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall (100 S. Market Street), the Troy City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed rezoning of the property at 2980 W. Fenner Road, known as the Swank Annexation, consisting of  Inlot 11560 (20.017 acres). Inlot 11561 (22.931 acres) and Inlot 11562 (10.007 acres), a 52.955 acre portion from the County zoning of A-2, General Agriculture, to the City zoning of R-4, Single-Family Residential District, with a minimum lot size of 9,000 square feet. The property owner/applicant is Monte Swank. The Troy Planning Commission has recommended that this rezoning be approved.

Main Street, from R-4- Single-Family Residential District to OR-1, Office-Residence District. The property owner/applicant is Four Sons Development, LLC.   The Troy Planning Commission has recommended that this rezoning be approved.
