PREBLE COUNTY – Westin Mosley (37) of 5531 Hamilton-Eaton Rd in Hamilton was taken into custody Thursday evening at approximately 7 pm after he led law enforcement on a brief chase on a stolen Harley Davidson.
His arrest was part of a joint operation between Butler County Sheriff’s Office and Preble County Sheriff’s Office. Mosley had been evading officers in the recent months.
He was placed in the Butler County Jail on two counts of Fleeing & Eluding felonies of the 3rd degree, Receiving Stolen Property a felony of the 4th degree and Possession of Drugs a felony of the 2nd degree.
The Harley Davidson was also recovered as a result of the arrest and additional charges are anticipated.
