November 8, 8:09 pm. Mark A. Apple was arrested by J.W. Heath at Lindsey St. Offense of Violate Protection Order or Consent agreement. 

November 9, 12:32 am. Michael W. Elliott was arrested by K.R. Ingle. Offense of Permitting Dogs to Bites. 

November 9, 2:51 am. Dayon A. Pearson was arrested by J.W. Heath at Wood St. Offenses of Drug Paraphernalia and Disorderly Conduct. 

November 9, 4:04 pm. Brandi N. Haney was arrested by K.R. Ingle at Robert M Davis PKWY.  Offense of Criminal Trespass. 

November 9, 7:30 pm. Robert Jenkins was arrested by K.R. Ingle at  E Ash St. Offenses of Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Damaging. 

LOST/FOUND PROPERTY 

October 27, 10:08 am. While driving through the intersection of NCR25A and Looney Road an officer observed an automotive jack to be in the middle of the road. The jack was removed from the roadway and placed into property under Property #158617.

TRAFFIC STOP 

October 28, 10:10 pm. A Subject was stopped for no headlights, found to have expired plates, driving under suspension, and an active warrant. Warrant out of pickup radius, cited for expired plates and DUS.

November 2, 10:59 pm. An Officer attempted to stop a vehicle for running a red light. A pursuit ensued, and the female driver eventually stopped. The female was arrested for OVI, endangering children, and failure to comply. The female was taken to jail. 

November 3, 1:33 am. A subject was stopped for failing to use a turn signal and found to be DUS using his mother’s van. The subject was cited for DUS, and the mother was warned for Wrongful Entrustment. 

November 4, 7:24 pm. A Subject stopped due to almost causing an accident due to a right of way at an intersection violation. The subject was cited accordingly.

ACCIDENT WITH NO INJURY 

October 31, 8:34 am. Traffic Crash. Driver failed to yield a red light, striking another vehicle. The driver was cited accordingly. A crash report was completed. 

November 5, 10:21 am. Officers were dispatched to an accident with no injuries. A female subject was arrested for OVI and possession of drug paraphernalia. Multiple citations were issued accordingly. An Ohio License Plate was seized.

November 9, 1:39 pm. Officers were dispatched to Cottage Ave for a two-car collision, non-injury. A report was taken. 

SUSPICIOUS PERSON/VEHICLE/NOISE

November 2, 3:49 pm. Officers were dispatched to Washington Ave in reference to a suspicious male subject walking around with a knife. Officers located the male subject and arrested him on multiple warrants. 

ASSAULT 

November 3, 7:21 am. Officers were dispatched to the address in reference to a disturbance where a male subject punched another male in the face. Officers warned a male subject for trespassing.

LITTERING/DUMPING COMPLAINT

November 9, 12:01 pm. The officer was dispatched to Covington Ave for a littering complaint. Officers arrived and spoke to the male, and he stated that a nonresident had been using their dumpsters. Officers were able to get ahold of the suspect, and he was warned for

trespassing.

TRESPASSING COMPLAINT

November 9, 4:04 pm. The officer was dispatched to a local storage facility for an adult female who had previously been warned of trespassing. The female was charged accordingly.
