November 24, 9:17 am. R.M. Gearing arrested Dennis J. Schwartz at E Ash St. on the offense of Criminal Damaging/Endangering Knowingly by Any Means. 

November 24, 12:42 pm. L.T. Welbaum arrested John T. Milligan at N Main St. on three offenses of Theft Without Consent. 

November 24, 2:51 pm. J.T. Yenser arrested Donald E. Behm at E Ash St. on the offenses of Theft and Criminal Trespass. 

November 24, 8:55 pm. A.N. Welbaum arrested Azya L. Walters-Loop at S Main St. on the offenses of Possession of Drugs Schedule I or II Substance, Possessing Drug Abuse Instruments, and Possession of Cocaine. 

November 25, 8:49 am. D.A. Alexander arrested David J. Gaier at E Ash St and Spring St on the offense of Driving Under OVI Suspension. 

November 25, 3:33 pm. L.T. Welbaum arrested Richard A. Beverly at Park Ave. on the offense of Assault Knowingly Harm Victim. 

November 26, 4:31 pm. D.A. Alexander arrested Cara L. Berger at Weber St. and Young St. on the offenses of Probation/Parole Violation, Driving While Under The Influence of Alcohol and/or Drugs, and Probation/Parole Violation.

November 26, 7:03 pm. P.D. Crusey arrested Everett E. Booth at E Ash St. on the offense of Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol and/or Drugs. 

November 27, 12:38 pm. A.F. Kimpel arrested Derek J. Dorsten at Nicklin Ave. on the offenses of Theft, Obstructing Official Business, Possessing Drug Abuse Instruments, Tampering with Evidence, and Criminal damage. 

November 28, 2:05 am. C.D. Monnin arrested Colten S. Huff at W Ash St. and Broadway on the offense of Disorderly Conduct – Fighting or Threatening. 

November 28, 2:05 am. C.D. Monnin arrested Joria T. Lindsey at W Ash St. and Broadway on the offense of Disorderly Conduct – Fighting or Threatening. 

November 28, 9:12 am. M.A. Rodriguez arrested Thomas D. Winebarger on the offense of Possession of Drugs. 

TRAFFIC STOP

November 25, 8:49 am. A vehicle was stopped for the driver having a suspended license. The driver was cited accordingly. 

November 25, 10:26 am. An officer conducted a traffic stop for a speeding violation. The driver was issued a citation for the violation. 

November 28, 1:04 am. A Driver stopped for a red light violation. The driver was DUS and had an expired registration. The driver was cited for red light violation, DUS, and expired registration.

DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS

November 26, 7:03 pm. Multiple reports of reckless operation, vehicle located, driver arrested for OVI, processed,  and released.

ACCIDENT WITH INJURY

November 27, 6:55 am. Pedestrian struck by vehicle after darting into traffic, transported by squad to UVMC for non-life-threatening injury. 

WARRANT

November 29, 12:37 pm. A male with a warrant was seen walking in the area. The male began to run and was chased. The male broke a fence and attempted to throw evidence. Male incarcerated on the warrant, obstructing official business, criminal damaging, drug abuse instruments, and tampering with evidence.

THEFT NOT IN PROGRESS 

November 28, 12:48 pm. Dollar General store manager reported that an adult female walked out without paying for all her merchandise. The case is pending further investigation. 

ACCIDENT WITH NO INJURY

November 28, 4:42 pm. Traffic Crash. The driver drove through a closed roadway and got stuck on the railroad tracks. 

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

November 28, 9:59 pm. Animal Complaint. A caller advised they located a loose dog in the roadway. The dog was taken to the Miami County Animal Shelter. 

SUSPICIOUS PERSON/VEHICLE/NOISE

November 29, 12:20 am. Officers were dispatched to the area of  W Ash St and Walnut St. for a disorderly conduct complaint. Dispatch advised a female was screaming in the street, trying to get vehicles to stop. The female named has a warrant. Officers checked several houses in the area and did not locate the female.
