November 13, 10:59 am. R.R. Beasley arrested Rachel A. Cruea at N County Rd on three Probation/Parole Violation offenses. 

November 13, 11:11 am. M.G. Ruetenik arrested Melissa A. Welbaum on the offense of Theft. 

November 13, 11:17 am. C.R. Yingst arrested Kevin Pitts on Possessing Criminal Tools, Theft, and Identity Fraud offenses. 

November 14, 12:38 am. J.W. Heath arrested Donald L. Miller on the offense of Theft. 

November 14, 4:03 am. A.S. Coe arrested Rebecca J. Watson at Brice Ave on the offense of Out of County Warrant.

TRAFFIC STOP

November 10, 10:14 pm. A vehicle was pulled over for having no headlights on. The driver was cited for a suspended license and warned for lighted lights required. 

SUSPICIOUS PERSON/VEHICLE/NOISE

November 11, 10:33 am. The complainant stated a suspicious substance was on their vehicle. The officer arrived and observed what appeared to be a piece of coconut on the door handle. The officer removed the suspected coconut. There was no damage to the vehicle, and it remains unknown how the suspected coconut got there. 

WARRANT

November 13, 10:59 am. An adult female advised a business that people were

shooting at her and other people. The female’s story could not be confirmed, and she

was arrested on a local warrant and incarcerated.
