July 15, 5:52 pm. D A Alexander arrested Steven Sage at Garfield Ave. Offense of restrictions on depositing litter on public property, on private property owned by others, and in State waters deposit litter regardless of intent.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

July 14, 11:08 am.  Caldwell St. Criminal Damage. A welfare check lead to a criminal damaging complaint. The subject advised that someone had busted out their vehicle’s back window.  Report taken.

TRAFFIC STOP

July 14, 11:54 am. Traffic stop.  The vehicle was stopped for fictitious plates.  The driver stated she recently purchased the vehicle and had not updated the registration.  The driver was given a warning.

RECKLESS OPERATION

July 14, 12:11 pm. A call was received about a black sedan driving recklessly. The area of the last known location of the vehicle was searched. The vehicle was not located.

HIT SKIP ACCIDENT

July 14, 2:52 pm. Officers responded to a hit-skip crash where the suspect struck a vehicle and caused disabling damage to his vehicle, and fled on foot.  The owner of the suspect vehicle arrived and reported it stolen.  The area was checked for the suspect, but he was not located.

SUSPICIOUS IN NATURE

July, 16, 2:49 am. The complainant reports a heavy-set male on her doorbell camera, who walked east. The area was checked, and the male was not located. The complainant called back and reported her dogs acting up. The back and side of the residence and nearby residences were checked, and nothing was located.

ANIMAL PROBLEM

July 16, 1:53 pm. The complainant located two puppies under his front bushes and does not know who they belong to. The Citizen fenced them in and provided them with food and water and is trying to locate owners. He advised he will take them to the Animal Shelter tomorrow if no one claims them.

THEFT

July 16, 3:52 pm. E Ash St Walmart. Complainant advised a suspect male left the business without paying for merchandise, and when he was confronted by loss prevention he left the merchandise behind and took off running to the vehicle.  The male was identified, and a warrant will be requested for his arrest.

WARRANT

July 12, 7:10 pm. Refused caller reported a subject trespassing behind a local business, found the subject to have an active warrant, arrested, and incarcerated.

July 20, 3:47 pm. South St. Caller advised that an adult female with an active warrant was at a residence, and the homeowner would allow the police to come into her residence. The female was arrested and taken to jail for her warrant.

MISSING ADULT

July 12, 10:19 pm. Missing endangered adult. An adult elderly male with mental health issues did not return back to his brother’s residence and was not at his residence. The male was entered into LEADS as missing.

DRUG OFFENSE

July 19, 12:31 pm. Report of a male possibly under the influence of drugs stumbling around. The officer arrived on the scene and the male threw something next to some trash cans. The officer found a glass vial with meth inside. The male was incarcerated for possession of drugs.
