Pamela Ann Oostra age 74, of Union City, Ohio, passed away at 5:33 pm Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at her residence.
Pamela was born July 7, 1949, in Winchester, Indiana, to the late Earl Eugene Foster & Barbara Ann (Stroud) Fall. Pamela was also preceded in death by her brothers, William Henry Foster and Jeffery Lynn Foster; and sisters, Ethel Williams and Gloria Donato.
Pamela is survived by her husband, Roelof Oostra Jr.; children, Brenda Fagan, Annamaria Oostra, Falicia Oostra and Roelof & Missy Oostra III; grandchildren, Zackery Gahret, Jeffery Nicholson, Braelynn Nicholson, Peyton Flatter, Brooke Fagan and Cora Fagan; brothers, Buster Foster, Richard Foster and Tony Foster; sister, Valerie Stassines; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Pamela’s life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
