DARKE COUNTY – Please be advised that the Darke County Municipal Court will have new service hours effective Monday, July 28, 2025, which are as follows (excluding federal holidays)…
Monday through Thursday – 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
With this change, the Court will no longer be closed from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. for lunch and will have a continuous public service opportunity during the hours listed. Jury trials will still start at 7:30 a.m. on Fridays until the time they conclude, which may exceed 2:00 p.m. Please adjust your schedules accordingly.
