GREENVILLE – The Greenville High School Supply Chain Management program is once again hosting their Night in Hollywood fundraiser for the Special Olympics. This is the ninth Night in Hollywood fundraiser.

This year’s Night in Hollywood will be held on March 2 at the Radiant Lighthouse, 5256 Sebring Warner Rd, Greenville. The evening will include a dinner, silent auction, raffle, and performances given by Members of Darke DD, Tommy Renfro, the Greenville High School Jazz Scene, the Wavaires, and students from the Greenville Middle School.

New this year is a Grand Finale with all the performers, t-shirts, and honoring the group who started the fundraiser 10 years ago.

“I’m excited for watching the performers do what they do,” one of the Supply Chain Management Seniors said.

The Supply Chain Management classes have gone around and pitched the event to over 100 businesses for sponsorships. So far, they have made $5,818 from sponsorships and $482 from tickets. Their goal is to raise $13,000.

The students are excited for the event.

Some Seniors shared:

“I always look forward to seeing more faces from the community, and a lot of business owners come together too.”

“We’re just excited to finally be able to watch it because last year we worked. So we are going to put the juniors on that since that’s what we did last year, and we actually get to surround the event more and see more of what it’s all about.”

“It’s a long process getting it set up. I think we are all just ready to get it rolling.”
