
VERSAILLES – At the April 14th, Versailles FFA meeting, 1 senior and 1 freshman were named Versailles FFA members of the month, and they include Andrew Lyons and Drew Geisendorff. In addition, Versailles FFA elected assistant officers at the April FFA Meeting.
Andrew Lyons is a senior and a 5-year member. He has participated in monthly meetings, the omelet breakfast, farm business management CDE, outdoor power CDE, soup and sandwich social, the Warren Davidson farm forum, and the teacher appreciation breakfast. This individual has attended National and State FFA Conventions, earned his State FFA Degree last year in May and has served as a Versailles FFA officer for 3 years, and just finished his term as Vice-President. His SAE was a garden and job placement at Weaver’s and currently he is employed at Superior Aluminum. Andrew is the son of Tim and Darlene Lyons. Andrew received a t-shirt and a certificate. Congratulations to Versailles FFA Member of the Month, Andrew Lyons.
Drew Geisendorff is a freshman and a second-year member. He has participated in monthly meetings, senior citizens visits, leadership night, FFA fruit sales, attended State FFA Convention, the fall harvest sale, farm business management CDE, agronomy CDE and the toy drive. Recently, he has been very helpful with the omelet breakfast, the Warren Davidson farm forum and the National Ag Appreciation breakfast. His SAE is a job placement on Wuebker Farms. Drew is the son of Jeremy and Jill Geisendorff. Drew received a t-shirt and a certificate. Congratulations to Versailles FFA Member of the Month, Drew Geisendorff.
