Lisa Callihan, age 59, of Union City, Ohio, passed away on March 2, 2025, at her home.

Lisa was born on April 3, 1965, in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Lee and Sharon Thompson.

In addition to her parents, Lisa is preceded in death by her brothers, Mark Thompson and Danny Thompson; her son-in-law, Chris Wendel; and her grandson, Eli Frazier.

Lisa will be dearly missed by her loving family, including her husband of three years, Danny Lockhart, and her daughters, Patti (Mitchell) Cheadle of Greenville, Angie Worley of Dayton, and Niki (Drew) Frazier of Union City, Ohio. She will also be missed by her beloved grandchildren, Christiana (Rion) Evans of Fort Drum, New York; Hailey (Brandon) Adams of Greenville; Mackenzie (Trevor) Martin of Piqua; Christian Nixon of Ansonia; Ethan Olson of Greenville; Gabriel Nixon of Greenville; Harmony Nixon of Union City, Ohio; Serenity Frazier of Union City, Ohio; and Paityn Worley of Dayton; great grandchildren Edward Worley Stammen, and Hendrickson Adams; and siblings Bobby Thompson of Ansonia, and Lee Rice of Kettering.

Lisa was a member of the Ansonia Legion. She loved to travel, especially to the beach; to draw and read, and to play bingo. She cherished the memories of traveling to the beach with her daughters.

Lisa considered being a mother, grandmother, and wife her greatest accomplishment in life and prided herself on her generous nature, always being willing and able to help others. Her compassion and love will be dearly missed. She was never one to give up or give in, no matter how difficult things could get. She would like her family and friends to remember the moments they spent together and forget her last days.

A celebration of Lisa’s life will be held at 12:00 PM on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at Tribute Funeral Homes, with pastor Brandon Peterson officiating. Burial will follow at New Teegarden Cemetery in Ansonia. Lisa was a true hippie and would like everyone to wear their favorite tie-dye to send her home.

Friends may visit on Thursday, March 6, 2025, from 10:00 AM until the start of the service.
