Linda Kay Subler, age 80, of Ansonia, passed away at 6:32 pm Sunday, January 14, 2024, at EverHeart Hospice Care Center in Greenville.

Linda was born August 16, 1943, in Bradford to the late Homer & Hilda (Minnich) Harrison. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Max Leon Subler, on December 26, 2021, whom she married on December 31, 1971; brothers, Norman Harrison and Ronnie Harrison; and sister, Hilda Silvers.

Linda is survived by her children, Mike & Judy Brown, Danny & Angie Brown, Leslie & Doug Wentworth, and Tammy Morrison; step-son, Lonny Subler; grandchildren, Zachary Brown, Cody Brown, Megan Brown, Tosha Brown, Michael Brown, Dane Wentworth, Kassy Wentworth, Dalton & Paige Subler, and Alexis Morrison; numerous great-grandchildren; and a sister, Marilyn Powers.

Linda formerly worked at Poultry Producers and was a bartender at the Ansonia American Legion. 

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, January 18, 2024, at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville with Pastor Todd Reish officiating. Burial will follow in the Ansonia Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 12:00 to 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
