VERSAILLES – On March 15, beginning at 11:00 am, a memorial highway dedication for Lance Cpl. Gerald F. Subler will be held at the K of C Hall, 8440 SR 47 in Versailles.
A procession will follow the ceremony to the sign unveiling at SR 185 and Progress Way with wreath honors by the Ansonia Alumni, including the Versailles Honor Guard, the Darke County Honor Guard and the Wapakoneta VVA Chapter 1126 Honor Guard.
A posting and retiring of Colors at K of C Hall and highway sign location will be held by the Versailles Honor Guard, the Darke County Honor Guard and the Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 1126.
The ceremony is hosted by the Fort GreeneVille Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution, a Vietnam War 50th Commemoration Commemorative Partner.
Refreshments will be provided by Fort GreeneVille Chapter DAR and Versailles Vet Club.
