Lady Patriots Take Down DII Plainfield Jonathan Alder 65-25 at the PAC

NEW MADISON – Rylee Sagester had a career night in leading her team to a 65-25 win over Jonathan Alder at the Patriot Activity Center Wednesday night.

Sagester tied her school record for a game with 9 triples on 9-15 from beyond the arch shooting.  She also scored 40 points which was a new career high.

The Patriots led 18-10 after one quarter but Sagester got hot in the 2nd frame as the Patriots put up 20 points and defensively clamped down on the Pioneers giving up just 3 points to lead 38-13 at the break.

Torie Richards scored 11 points and had 4 steals for Tri-Village, Morgan Hunt 5 assists and Kynnedi Hager 4 blocked shots.

The game in the 2nd half was a running clock as the PATS went on to claim the 65-25 win to improve to 11-0 on the year.

Tri-Village will travel to take on DI Sidney on Saturday with JV start time of 10:30am.
