DC Grants-Patriot Engineering and Environmental, Inc. 501 Gray Avenue
Patriot will conduct a VAP Phase I Property Assessment (PA) in accordance with the Voluntary Action Program Rule 3745-300-06. The purpose of the assessment is to identify “identified areas” (IAs) associated with the Site.
Patriot will conduct a comprehensive asbestos inspection of the building located at 501 Gray Avenue, Greenville, Darke County, Ohio to positively identify and quantify accessible Regulated Asbestos Containing Material (RACM) or Category II asbestos-containing building materials (ACBM).
