GREENVILLE—The 16th annual Illumination Festival will be held at the Darke County Fairgrounds this fall on Sept. 16.
The Christian rock music festival will feature speakers, several performances, games and various food trucks.
The headliner this year is rock band Rend Collective.
Rend Collective is a Christian folk rock band originating from Bangor, Northern Ireland. The current lineup consists of Gareth Gilkeson, Chris Llewellyn, Ali Gilkeson, Patrick Thompson and Steve Mitchell.
Their first studio album Organic Family Hymnal was released in Sept. 2010. The band recently released their latest studio album—Whosoever, on Aug. 22, 2022.
In addition to Rend Collection, Billy Ballenger, Andrew Ripp and Rachael Ripp will perform on the main stage.
New this year, the event will feature a coffee house with local bands, artists and things for concert goers to enjoy prior to the main show.
