VERSAILLES – The Darke County Chamber of Commerce was honored to participate in its first official groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday, marking an exciting expansion project at Versailles Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.
The project includes a complete renovation and expansion of the facility’s main entrance, featuring a more spacious and welcoming lobby area, a new front porch and patio, and other exterior improvements. The upgrades will enhance the experience for residents, families, and visitors while reinforcing the Center’s commitment to providing quality care in a comfortable, home-like setting.
“This groundbreaking is a milestone not only for Versailles Rehab but also for our Chamber,” said Rachel Neal, President & CEO of the Darke County Chamber of Commerce. “It symbolizes the strong partnerships we’re building throughout the county and our shared commitment to supporting growth, innovation, and quality of life for Darke County residents.”
Representatives from Versailles Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, the construction team, local officials, and members of the Darke County Chamber gathered to celebrate the occasion with ceremonial shovels and a shared vision of continued investment in the community.
