CELINA – The Greenville boys tennis team defeated the Celina Bulldogs 4-1 in a Monday night non-conference action.
“This was a great non-conference win for us,” said Greenville coach, Sam Bowers. “Seeing improvement every single match. I liked how aggressive we were winning all the winning matches in straight sets and getting out to quick starts all across the board.
Earning wins for Greenville included 1st Singles Mason Pierri, 2nd Single Mason Middlestetter, 1st Doubles Will Gettinging / Simon Snyder & 2nd Doubles Avery Yount & Drew Beisner.
With back-to-back wins Greenville improves to 2-4 on the season.
