July 20, 3:20 pm. PO Matthew Ganiron was dispatched to Wagner Ave. Walmart in reference to vandalism to a vehicle. Teresa Maples stated her 2014 Ford escape was parked in the parking lot and had broken the rear passender side window. At this time there is no further follow up poissble with no suspect, and it is unclear how the window was broken.

July 21, 7:56 pm. Sgt. Monnin was dispatched to Wagner Ave Walmart in reference to a theft/vandalism complaint. The complainant advised that a male subject was inside opening packages and had already left on foot but did not have any of the items with him. The identity of the subject is unknown at this time.

July 21, 7 pm. PO Ben Conley responded to Lease Ave Kroger in reference to a shoplifting complaint. Upon arrival, Conley observed a subject, Shawn Neff, matching the description walking out of the store pushing a shopping car. Shawn admitted to the shoplifting and all the stolen items were returned to the store.

July 22, 4:34 am. PO Alan Smith was dispatched to the Greenville City limits near State Route 118 and N Broadway St in reference to a pursuit of a vehicle coming into town. The pursuit ended in Pittsburg, with the suspects apprehended by Darke County Sheriff’s Deputies.

July 25, 10:58 pm, PO J.E. Marion and PO S. Conley were at Fourth St when they made contact with Brian Seats, who had active arrest warrants. Seats was  searched and taken to the Darke County Jail.

July 25, 10:01 am Det. Joseph Wolfe prepared and presented a search warrant at Central Ave. Contact with Daniel Alderman was made, he was taken into custody for a trafficking charge on June 6, 2023. Alderman was transported to Darke County Jail. Contact was also made with Joshua Baker and Kiara Ham, who were detained. Baker was placed under arrest for a probation violation and transported to the Darke County Jail. PO Hall deployed K9 to do a sweep of the inside of the residence and was alerted to multiple areas of the residence.

July 25, 3:35 pm. PO Kreitzer was dispatched to Jaysville Saint Johns Road, Beauty Systems Group in reference to a private property accident without injury.

July 26, 5:03 pm PO Sam Conley observed Carla Wintrow walking eastbound on Martin Street. Wintrow was advised of the active warrant for her arrest and was transported to the Darke County Jail.

July 28, 10:59 am. Det. Jackie Hawes, Det. Dickmann, Det. Wolfe, Det Reed, and Officer Spradley responded to Oxford Dr to execute an arrest warrant.

July 28, 11:13 am. PO Matthew Ganiron was dispatched to Tillman Ave in reference to wanted person Christapher Baughey. Baughey was arrested.
