Greenville National Bank Breaks Ground For New Versailles Facility

VERSAILLES – After a number of years attempting to get a physical presence in Versailles, OH, Greenville National Bank is finally seeing its efforts become a reality.

“This is the culmination of a number of years of Greenville National Bank trying to make it to Versailles,” said GNB President and CEO, Kent James. “We are really looking forward to being able to offer our services.”

After our formal groundbreaking Friday morning, GNB will begin the construction of a new facility at the corner of Marker Road and S. Center Street in Versailles with plans to open in early 2024.

Brian Griesdorn, Lender and future Branch Manager, and Shane Stonebraker, Lender, will be heading up this new operation along with staff to be named at a later date.

“We are very excited about being in town,” said Griesdorn. “There’s a lot of us that work at Greenville National Bank and we’re glad to have a presence here.”

“It is very exciting,” Stonebraker stated. “Looking to forward to it, looking to get into Versailles, home town here and do some good things.”

GNB has a strong connection with Versailles as many of their employees grew up or currently live in the area. We look forward to providing our personal service to Versailles with the future opening of our new Versailles Banking Center.

“We have some really great people that are going to be here, Brian Griesdorn and Shane Stonebraker will be driving the bus as we get things filled in here,” said James. “We really look forward to Versailles helping the community out.”
